Communities of practice to link knowledge

A knowledge management method or Knowledge Management must be thought out not only at the level of the organisation, but also from the point of view of the employees and experts. It must enable the linking of different types of knowledge in order to create new knowledge and synergy between specialists. This is why Ardans can set up and lead communities of practice that meet these objectives.

These communities, made up of networked individuals who are linked by projects or interests, aim to get specialists to collaborate, share and exchange in order to spread information and knowledge throughout the company. We start from the principle that knowledge is nothing without the individual, because it is the individual who is the owner and custodian. It is therefore through the individual that knowledge can spread widely in the organisation.

Their presence and good use creates a virtuous circle where the expert gives in order to better receive: by giving access to his knowledge, he also obtains other knowledge that would normally be inaccessible to him. In this way, knowledge is broken down to make it a common good; innovative solutions, which no one would have thought of, can then emerge.

success stories or failures…)without ever forgetting the people who provide this knowledge. This approach can take the form, for example, of a knowledge base that becomes a tool for support teams or directly with customers.
